If by any reason the appointment has to be canceled;

- Appointments can be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival and can be changed in advance free of charge until 24 hours.

- Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled treatment.

 

- Cancellations by exceptional events are exceptions to the cancellation policy (family death, hospitalization, etc.)

- In case the customer is not present at the appointed time, the treatment will be shortened and the full cost of the scheduled treatment will be charged, provided it does not exceed 15 minutes. When a customer is more than 15 minutes late the full scheduled treatment will be charged.
